  • Discover Research: Based on the needs of the project; 3-4 interview per user type

  • Project Checkpoints: 45-90 minute meeting with key stakeholders at least every 2 weeks

  • Readout + Workshop Sessions: 4 hour stakeholders + other teammates as appropriate

  • Final Deliverable: Packaged and delivered within 1 week of Readout or Workshop

  • Round of Revision: up to 3 Rounds of Revisions included with all deliverables (hourly rate after that)
