This kit will guide you through facilitating your own Product Strategy Spike (PSS) workshop with your cross-functional team.
To successfully craft a strategic direction (we will call these Solution Shapes) for a given problem space, we need to start with strong preparation and planning; After which, we’ll discuss how to ensure the workshop's overall productivity, engagement, + effectiveness with unforgettable facilitation techniques and planning.
